Litterært pusterom

Litterært pusterom (a shared-reading group)

Date Tuesday 17. November
Time 19:00 - 20:30

Join a reading circle where you don’t need to read anything in advance!

This way of sharing reading is called shared reading and is inspired by a tradition from England, where hundreds of groups meet every week to read together. Each time, we read a new short story and a new poem.

What we read is a surprise. We read both classics and new literature. The reading group facilitator chooses the text in advance and reads it aloud. We pause during the reading to talk about what we have read.

You’re welcome to just listen to the conversation, and you don’t have to say anything to take part. You don’t need to know anything about literature or have read a lot before, either. Come as you are.

The reading circle meets every other Tuesday at 19:00 (on even-numbered weeks). There are ten places, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you have any questions about the reading circle, contact the facilitator, Mari Vannes, at [email protected].

Welcome!
