A cooking activity for children at Biblo Holmlia
The Junior Chefs serve up delicious dishes!
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the Junior Chefs make tasty meals. Food is served from around 17:00.
The Junior Chefs plan, prepare, cook and serve food for children and young people at Deichman Biblo Holmlia and Deichman Mortensrud. The young people were offered help applying for the jobs through job-search courses at the library, and learned all their kitchen skills at Geitmyra’s cooking course at Vulkan.
The heart of Biblo Holmlia is its kitchen: a wonderful place to get to know each other and discover food from around the world! Salty, sweet, spicy, sour and umami—come and fill your stomach with an explosion of new flavours.
We can’t wait for you to serve all these fantastic dishes! Bon appétit!
