Would you like to learn more about using a sewing machine and basic sewing techniques?

This beginner course covers essential sewing skills, with a focus on how the sewing machine works. Topics include stitch length and width, threading the upper and lower threads, stitch tension, presser feet and other accessories, sewing machine needles and thread, sewing curves and corners, and sewing a simple zipper.

The course ends with participants choosing a sewing kit and making it into a project, with guidance and an instructional video. Alternatively, you can bring your own project for guidance.
