Welcome to a creative and welcoming sewing evening every other Monday this autumn at Folkeverkstedet✂️

This is an open, informal sewing workshop for anyone who enjoys sewing—whether you work on pattern sewing, redesign or other sewing-related projects. Meet like-minded people, find inspiration and share experiences in a social, creative community. This is not a class, but a place to work independently in a friendly setting. Think of it as our take on a modern sewing circle—a lovely mix of conversation, laughter and sewing.

Bring your own sewing project, whether it’s a garment you’re making from a pattern or a redesign project. Folkeverkstedet has sewing machines and equipment such as scissors and thread available.

We’re happy to help each other with tips and small challenges along the way, but the main focus is a social, inspiring evening of sewing. There is always an experienced sewer on hand to help with the machines and other sewing equipment.
