Smash Wednesdays
Smash Wednesdays – weekly Super Smash Bros. event for students
Every Wednesday, UiO Gaming welcomes both beginners and experienced players to our weekly Smash Bros. event. We host tournaments in both Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Melee, with free play before and after the tournaments. We also run an amateur tournament in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for those who are eliminated early from the main tournament. Our event is a great way to meet other students, and we have a good mix of Norwegian and international students.
If possible, please bring a Nintendo Switch, Smash Ultimate and an HDMI cable for the Ultimate tournament, to help the event run as smoothly as possible. We have a few controllers to lend, but encourage you to bring your own.
Schedule: 17:00 – Doors open & free play 17:30 – Smash Ultimate tournament starts 18:00 – Smash Melee tournament starts All tournaments must be finished by 23:00. You can sign up for the tournaments at the event or in advance at https://www.start.gg/sos-uio
