Smash Wednesdays
Weekly Super Smash Bros. tournaments
Every Wednesday, UiO Gaming welcomes both beginners and experienced players to our weekly Smash Bros. event. We host tournaments in both Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Melee, with casual play before and after the tournaments. We also run an amateur Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament for anyone who is knocked out early in the main tournament. Our event is a great way to meet other students, and we have a good mix of Norwegian and international students.
If possible, please bring a Nintendo Switch, Smash Ultimate and an HDMI cable for the Ultimate tournament, so the event can run as smoothly as possible. We have some controllers available to borrow, but we encourage you to bring your own.
Schedule: 17:00 – Doors open & casual play 17:30 – Smash Ultimate tournament starts 18:00 – Smash Melee tournament starts All tournaments must be finished by 23:00. You can sign up for the tournaments at the event or in advance at https://www.start.gg/sos-uio
