Master

Jahir is a perfect teacher, husband and father. He is elected to political office with good intentions. But expectations put him under pressure; the role soon becomes overwhelming, and his moral compass begins to waver. When a proposal to turn a slum into a luxury resort comes before him, he is also influenced by bureaucrats and lobbyists with interests of their own. His once-altruistic vision quickly becomes a power struggle, and the community hero turns into a feared authoritarian leader.
