Kurtis Myhre is perhaps best known as the man with the deep bass voice.

Kurtis is a highly experienced artist, with more than 2,000 gigs under his belt. For the past 6 years, he has been focusing fully on his unique troubadour concept, performing bass, guitar and kick drum 100% live.

Kurtis began his musical career in 1991 as a guitarist in Trapez and has also performed with the bands Forklædt som Voksen, Polarlys and several other projects. He was also bandleader and actor with Revyselskapet Framifrå for 10 years.

Kurtis has always been a mood-lifter. In his first radio interview, at the age of 16, he already said that music was about conveying emotions. His strategy has always been to play the right songs for the audience present at the time.

Kurtis Myhre’s setlist ranges from Northern Norwegian gems and sing-along songs to country rock and evergreens.
