Kurtis Myhre is perhaps best known as the man with the deep bass voice.

Kurtis is a highly experienced artist, with over 2,000 gigs to his name. For the past 6 years, he has focused full-time on his unique troubadour concept, playing bass, guitar and bass drum 100% live.

Kurtis began his musical career in 1991 as a guitarist in Trapez and has also played in the bands Forklædt som Voksen, Polarlys and several other projects. He was also bandleader and actor with Revyselskapet Framifrå for 10 years.

Kurtis has always been a good-humoured entertainer. In his first radio interview, at age 16, he said that music was about conveying emotions. His strategy has always been to play the right songs for the audience present at any given time.

Kurtis Myhre's setlist ranges from northern Norwegian song gems and sing-along favourites to country rock and evergreens.
