Litterært pusterom — a relaxed shared-reading circle

Date Tuesday 8. December
Time 17:30 - 19:00

Join a reading circle where you don’t need to read anything in advance.

Do you enjoy a good piece of writing? Would you like to share some time, and perhaps a few thoughts, with others? Come and join Litterært pusterom, a no-pressure reading circle. This way of sharing reading is called shared reading and is inspired by a practice from England, where several hundred groups meet every week to read together.

Each week, we read a new short story and a new poem. What we read is a surprise. We read both classic and contemporary literature. The reading leader chooses the texts in advance and reads them aloud. We pause along the way to talk about what we have read.

You’re welcome to simply listen to the conversation, and you don’t have to say anything to take part. You don’t need to know anything about literature or have read a lot before, either. Just come as you are.

There are ten places, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Welcome!
