Gubben og katten og nissemaskinen

An animated classic about the close-knit duo Gubben and katten, based on the children’s book series by award-winning author Sven Nordqvist.

Christmas is approaching for the two good friends Pettersen (the old man) and Findus (the cat). Pettersen isn’t sure whether Santa Claus exists, but he still promises Findus that Santa will visit. So the cat won’t be disappointed, Pettersen secretly decides to build a Santa who can both talk and move. In the weeks leading up to Christmas, strange things happen on the farm. And on Christmas Eve? Santa arrives, just as Findus hoped! Pettersen could never have imagined that the Santa machine would work so well! … Or perhaps it wasn’t the Santa machine?
