Wishbone Ash
Live rock concert at John Dee
- Tickets available
Wishbone Ash played to a sold-out John Dee in 2019, 2024 and 2026. On Onsdag 13. januar 2027, the legendary rock band returns once again!
Wishbone Ash is one of the leading names in progressive and guitar-driven melodic rock. The band blended elements from different genres into a unique style, with their unmistakable signature sound built around “twin lead guitar harmonies”—a style that would influence many other bands, including Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Thin Lizzy.
The band was formed in 1969, and reached its artistic and commercial peak with the 1972 classic album Argus. Vocalist and guitarist Andy Powell is still part of the band from the original lineup.
