Warhaus

Warhaus comes to Oslo and John Dee on 11 February 2027!

Warhaus is the alter ego and solo project of Maarten Devoldere, known from the Belgian indie band Balthazar. He has made a name for himself with dark, catchy songs and a vocal style that calls to mind greats such as Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits, Nick Cave and Serge Gainsbourg.

But on his upcoming fifth studio album, The Donkey, he seems to have surrendered to something more primal. Expect hypnotic lyrics, raw vocals, tribal-inspired rhythms drawn from South African gqom, and uptempo grooves seasoned with grime.

Live, Devoldere will naturally draw extensively on the exciting new material from The Donkey, alongside the sophisticated pop and well-known classics that have long been part of the Warhaus catalogue.

Ticket: NOK 360 + booking fee.

18+ age limit. Valid ID required. No guardian scheme. Accepted ID: physical national ID card, passport, physical driving licence or bank card with photo. Digital ID (digital driving licence or BankID) and photos of ID are not accepted.

Doors open at 19:00. The event starts approximately one hour after doors open. Please arrive well in advance of the start time, as queues may form.
