Vepsestikk Lørdag 5. desember | 19:00 | Id: 20 | 300,- jazz / indie / punk Vepsestikk is an uncompromising quartet from Bergen, experimenting with elements of indie, punk, prog rock and jazz. With trumpet in stereo and “other wonderful oddities, vividly supported by a creative rhythm section” (Jazznytt, October 2024), they make music described as “a kind of jazz punk that is truly catchy” (Engelstad, Bergens Tidende, ).

In autumn 2026, they release their debut album, “Hjertestikk”. The album explores different perspectives on painful feelings and experiences. Whether it’s breakups, homesickness, unrequited love, grief or anxiety, all the themes are connected by one shared feeling: a pain in the heart.
