U.D.O.

FKP Scorpio Norge presents: U.D.O. Vulkan, Oslo Torsdag 18. februar 2027

U.D.O. is coming to Oslo!

2027 is a milestone year for Udo Dirkschneider: he turns 75, U.D.O. celebrates its 40th anniversary, and the band releases its 20th studio album. Three good reasons for a major tour—and Oslo is one of the stops.

As the vocalist for Accept, Dirkschneider helped shape European heavy metal in the 1980s. Classics such as «Balls to the Wall» and «Metal Heart» remain touchstones of the genre. When he founded U.D.O. in 1987, he continued in the same vein and built a strong catalogue over four decades without changing course much along the way.

The music is direct and takes no unnecessary detours: heavy riffs, fast tempos and a distinctive vocal that has lost none of its character. The live experience follows the same approach—tight, loud and focused on the catalogue rather than spectacle. With an anniversary tour ahead, audiences can expect a set spanning the band’s career.

On 18. februar, U.D.O. plays at Vulkan in Oslo. It’s a great chance to see one of the genre’s most steadfast veterans in an intimate setting.

Venue: Vulkan Arena, Vulkan 26, 0178 Oslo
