The Met Opera: PARSIFAL (Wagner)

Wagner’s epic final opera, set in a sacred place of ritual and mystery, unfolds as a meditation on healing and salvation, following a medieval knight’s quest for the Holy Grail.

Tenor Piotr Beczała stars in the title role in François Girard’s acclaimed production, described as a “thoughtful and intrepid staging, full of striking imagery” (The New York Times).
