The Meffs
British punk duo live in Oslo
The British punk duo The Meffs come to Parkteatret Scene in Oslo on Friday 23 April. They bring their new album, «Business».
The Meffs are vocalist and guitarist Lily Hopkins and drummer Lewis Copsey. There are just two people on stage, but the sound is huge: raw, fast punk songs with clear messages and riffs that stick with you. The duo from Essex have earned a reputation as one of the most energetic live bands in British punk.
Their breakthrough came with the EPs «Broken Britain Pt. I & II», produced by Frank Turner and released on Fat Mikes (NOFX) record label, Bottles to the Ground. Things have moved quickly since then. The Meffs have sold out headline tours in the UK and Europe, played Download, Glastonbury and 2000 Trees, and toured with NOFX, Alice Cooper, Frank Turner and Sex Pistols.
Their second album, «Business», was released on FLG Records in September 2026 and produced by Dan Weller. Now The Meffs are coming to Parkteatret. Get ready for high speed and full energy from start to finish!
