Tarja
A symphonic metal concert in Oslo
- Tickets available
After the massive, critically acclaimed concert at Tons of Rock 2025, Tarja is finally returning to Norway with her brand-new tour: «Frisson Live 2027». Torsdag 18. februar, she will take the stage at Rockefeller!
Tarja is considered one of the most defining voices in symphonic and heavy metal, and first gained international recognition as the founding member and lead vocalist of Nightwish. A classically trained soprano, she combined operatic technique with metal to create an entirely new sound that continues to inspire generations of artists. Through iconic albums and worldwide tours, she helped shape an entire era of symphonic metal and laid the foundations for an extraordinary career.
Alongside this tour, Tarja is releasing her brand-new studio album – her first full-length album in a heavier musical direction in seven years.
«Frisson» describes the moment when music sends shivers down your spine. When emotions catch you by surprise. When energy flows through your whole body. That feeling is at the heart of this tour. Powerful, dynamic rises and falls – from intimate, fragile moments to explosive choruses – and a setlist combining brand-new material with career-defining highlights.
