Swingdans: Introduksjonskurs og sosialdans på Kulturhuset

Welcome to swing dancing at Kulturhuset this summer, with music from the 1920s to the 1950s. Bring a friend to a free introductory class! We’ll take you back to the Savoy ballroom of the 1930s, with music that will make you want to move. Come and dance Swing, Lindy Hop, Boogie Woogie, Balboa, Collegiate Shag, Rockstep, Jive or solo jazz! Everyone is welcome, and it’s free. Please remember to buy something at the bar. Kulturhuset would also like us to bring our own water bottles and refill them, so they have fewer water glasses to clear away.

Introductory classes: There will be introductory classes in the club’s dance styles. No experience is expected, and we rotate partners, so just come as you are.
