Standup på HK: Jonas Kinge Bergland

A stand-up comedy night at Holmlia Kulturhavn

Date Thursday 12. November
Time 19:15

Holmlia, it’s time to exercise those laughing muscles again! What is a stand-up show, you ask? Funny stories, quick jokes and a sideways look at everyday life. Perfect for an evening when you want to put your phone away, enjoy a drink and laugh out loud! In short: raw humour, straight from the stage.

On Thursday 12. november, join us for another unforgettable evening with a fantastic line-up of comedians:

Jonas Kinge Bergland grew up at Søndre Aas gård in Holmlia — now he’s visiting the local Kulturhavna as a comedian! With razor-sharp powers of observation, intelligent humour and a wonderful knack for finding the absurd in everyday life, Jonas is both a doctor and one of Norway’s most established stand-up comedians — and, not least, a genuine Holmlia boy.

Simon Nitsche — Many know him as a sports journalist, presenter and winner of Skal vi danse. But Simon is also an experienced stand-up comedian, with sharp observations, self-deprecating humour and plenty of charm.

Dex Carrington — A comedian with boundless energy, international experience and a distinctive style of humour. Known from the MTV series Dexpedition and VGTV, Dex has entertained audiences in Norway and internationally. Please note that he usually performs in English.

Anders McAuley — First a stand-up comedian, then a radio presenter on NRK p3, and later a presenter on TV2. He has also co-written Dr. Jonas Bergland’s stand-up shows, which have sold like hot cakes. If you like stand-up, you might like Anders.

Martine Ryen Jomark — A fresh voice who made her stand-up debut in 2023 and has quickly made a name for herself on Oslo’s club circuit. Martine finds humour in life’s everyday challenges, big and small, after realising that was more fun than actually solving the problems. You may have seen her at Nieu Scene, Reis Deg Komikerklubb or Ole Bull Scene in Bergen. Now she’s looking forward to performing at the first stand-up night at Holmlia Kulturhavn.

Mathias Rygh — Has made a name for himself as a very promising newcomer on Oslo’s stand-up scene, including winning the stand-up competition Gong Show. He talks about his own life, honestly and without a filter.
