Ron Pope

Ron Pope continues to engage audiences with raw authenticity, powerful storytelling, soulful melodies and thoughtful lyrics. In November, our good friend returns to Parkteatret!

With “A Drop in the Ocean”, independent Nashville-based artist Ron Pope made an early breakthrough in the digital era. The song has surpassed 1 billion streams, achieved platinum status in the US and double platinum in Sweden. Last year, he released the album “American Man, American Music” – another critically acclaimed release.

His prolific songwriting is a natural fit for Nashville’s Americana, roots and country scene, and has earned praise from publications including Rolling Stone, Billboard, CMT, Relix and The Tennessean.

Alongside his own career as an artist, Pope writes and produces for others and guides emerging musicians through an ever-changing industry.
