A sewing and crochet workshop for teens
Welcome to a friendly meeting place for young people who enjoy crocheting or sewing. Join us to make something from clothes and leftover yarn!
You can work on your own projects or take part in simple, small projects suitable for beginners. We meet in a room on the second floor of the library, where there is a sewing workshop with sewing machines and the necessary equipment. The workshop takes place once a month.
The workshop is for young people aged 12–15 who enjoy making things and being creative. Feel free to bring your own projects, but it’s not necessary: we have crochet and sewing equipment, yarn, and clothes and fabric scraps.
The group is run on a voluntary basis by local residents who are passionate about creative meeting places for young people and reuse.
