After 40 years of dusting and loyalty, Annema (65) gets her thanks: she’s fired as a wife. Her husband, Arne, has found a younger model and throws her out. Along with Nina, who is “too old” for working life, and Mona, who is too broke to survive, the trio decides to retire from obeying the law. They plan an impossible heist: robbing the Oljefondet, Norway’s sovereign wealth fund. A wild comedy about a highly unofficial but well-deserved early retirement.
