Oscar Danielson

Norway favourite Oscar Danielson returns to Parkteatret in April! For many years, Oscar Danielson has been described as Sweden’s finest lyricist and one of the country’s most original singer-songwriters. With his warm, witty and deeply human lyrics, he has created a world of his own in Nordic music.

Since his breakthrough with Stockholm i mitt hjärta (2011) – and especially the iconic «Besvärjelse» – audiences across Scandinavia have taken him to their hearts. Oscar has toured regularly in Norway and has become a true Norway favourite. He has played venues large and small, warmed up for Bjørn Eidsvåg at a sold-out Oslo Spektrum, and delighted TV viewers on NRK’s Lindmo.

As he returns, he brings a show that moves elegantly between laughter and tears: songs about love, life’s twists and turns, and the people we never quite understand, delivered with Oscar’s unmatched blend of warmth and humour.
