New Amigos Language Café – a drop-in language exchange
Would you like to learn Norwegian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Arabic, Italian, German, Sámi, French or English? At this language café, Norwegian speakers and speakers of other languages can play the New Amigos language game, learn from one another and make new friends.
Are you a Norwegian speaker who would like to learn or practise Spanish, Arabic, Ukrainian, Italian, German, French, Sámi or English? Join us to practise a language and meet people from many countries.
We play the New Amigos board game, making language learning fun and social. Choose from Spanish–Norwegian, Arabic (Syrian)–Norwegian, Ukrainian–Norwegian (demo game), French–Norwegian, German–Norwegian, Italian–Norwegian, Sámi–Norwegian or English–Norwegian.
New Amigos can be played at three levels, so beginners and more advanced speakers can play together with an equal chance of winning. No prior knowledge is needed.
