While you wait for winter, enjoy songs of the season with a sprinkling of Christmas from Music for a while, a band that has been performing for more than 20 years! Expect a beautiful and entertaining concert, with classical highlights, sing-alongs, laughter, a few Christmas tunes and baroque music like you’ve never heard it before!

In Music for a while, Tora Augestad fronts an all-star lineup of Norwegian musicians. The group is known for its personal, organic and creative approach to a varied repertoire.

Their critically acclaimed debut album was «Weill Variations», a collection of original and fresh interpretations of Kurt Weill’s timeless music. The acclaimed second album, «Graces that refrain», featured fearless cover versions of classical compositions, from John Dowland to Francis Poulenc.

In 2014, the band celebrated its 10th anniversary, releasing its third album, «Canticles of Winter», which received glowing reviews from critics across the board. In autumn 2021, the album «Essays» was released to an equally brilliant reception.
