MASTER BOOT RECORD x Fulci

MASTER BOOT RECORD and Fulci come to John Dee on 25 November, with arottenbit as support!

The electronic metal project MASTER BOOT RECORD is led by Italian multi-instrumentalist, producer and songwriter Vittorio D’Amore. Since its formation in 2016, he has fused heavy metal and synth-based electronica into a distinctive sound. The project has been increasingly active live since 2022, joined by guitar virtuoso Edoardo Taddei and drummer Giulio Galati.

Fulci is more than a death metal band – it’s a cinematic horror experience. Named after the “Godfather of Gore”, Lucio Fulci, the Italian band brings together its two greatest passions: death metal and horror films. Deeply inspired by the bloody aesthetics and atmosphere of Fulci’s films, they pay tribute to the master with concept albums that translate his vision into extreme music.

arottenbit is an experimental music project founded in Milan in 2008 by Italian sound engineer Alessandro “Otto” Galli. With an uncompromising approach to electronic music, the project blends sludge metal, techno and hardcore punk – turning the Game Boy into a sonic weapon that crushes every form of nostalgia.
