Julenissens verksted
Julenissens verksted (Santa’s Workshop)
When nine-year-old Mari wakes one night to find a Christmas gnome in her bedroom, the start of an extraordinary Christmas adventure unfolds. With a forgotten gnome mitten as their only clue, she, her grandmother and a very sceptical dad set off on an adventurous journey to find Santa Claus, while the mitten’s owner, Santa’s little helper Stompen, does everything he can to stop them. Julenissens verksted must not be discovered—it would be a disaster! Their journey takes them through forests, heathland and beautiful winter landscapes. But there are plenty of challenges too: they must get past the guardian of the forest, Kjerringa med staven, and fight their way through a terrible snowstorm. The journey is not only exciting; it also opens the family’s eyes to one another, and they finally realise what the true magic of Christmas is.
