The director of THE WAILING is back with a massive sci-fi monster film!
One of the wildest contenders for the Palme d’Or at this year’s Cannes Film Festival was the Korean blockbuster Hope. In the sleepy village of Hope, somewhere in the Korean countryside, a strangely butchered bull carcass turns up. Is there a tiger on the loose? The town’s police chief, Bum-seok, is assigned the case and organizes a hunting party to find the culprit. This is the beginning of a wild sci-fi monster story of cosmic proportions, with an action level that will take your breath away.
