Homo Sapiens?

Gastón Duprat and Mariano Cohn deliver a sharp, biting comedy that crosses borders and touches on a universal truth about human nature. With Guillermo Francella in 16 different roles, the film brings to life characters and personalities we all recognise. Its caustic, wonderfully irreverent satire takes aim at social and political structures. This episodic black comedy draws inspiration from the great Italian comedies of the 1960s and 70s. Through a series of satirical vignettes, it dissects the everyday cowardice of a country on the brink with merciless humour.
