Gurriers
Live post-punk concert in Oslo
- Tickets available
The high-energy and popular post-punk quintet Gurriers come to John Dee on Friday 27 November 2026, with Enola Gay as support!
Gurriers are among the most explosive new names coming out of Ireland right now, and will release their eagerly anticipated second album, Nobody’s Coming To Save You, on 25 September. The title track and its accompanying music video are out now!
With an innovative mix of post-punk, noise and driving indie rock, the band is known for intense, chaotic and uncompromising live shows that hit like a punch to the solar plexus!
Their debut album Come and See (2024) attracted huge attention for its dark energy, sharp lyrics and raw intensity—a sound that feels dangerous, danceable and completely out of control in the best possible way.
The follow-up, Nobody’s Coming To Save You, is produced by Mark Bowen (Idles) and Loren Humphrey (Geese, Cameron Winter), together with engineer Chris Fullard (Idles, Sunn O)))), and mixed by John Congleton (St. Vincent, Modest Mouse, Swans). The album presents Gurriers on an even bigger scale, turning up everything that made their debut so powerful.
This summer, they’re playing a packed festival season across Europe and the UK, including warming up for Kneecap in front of 45,000 Brits at Crystal Palace Park.
If you’re a fan of IDLES, Kneecap, Shame, Fontaines D.C. or Viagra Boys, this is a concert you won’t want to miss!
