Here’s your chance! 🎉 Welcome to an open workshop with Impro Neuf! We hold improvisational theatre workshops every Tuesday throughout the year. No prior experience or registration is required. Improvisational theatre is theatre without a script. To feel more confident before we go on stage, we practise techniques for being creative in the moment. We want to create a safe space where you can express your creativity and have fun with us for two hours. Our experienced instructors lead the workshop, which consists of simple theatre exercises and games. If Tuesdays don’t work for you, we also have workshops in English on Wednesdays, and we regularly hold jams where you can try your hand on stage. No previous experience is needed—just show up and join in! Each workshop is led by a different instructor, who brings their own unique style and perspective to the session. Over the semester, the workshops are designed to cover different basic aspects of improvisation, giving you the opportunity to explore various sides of the art form. Although attending several workshops will give you a broader understanding of improvisation, each session stands alone and does not build on previous sessions. This makes it easy for beginners to join at any time, while regular participants can look forward to new exercises and insights each week.
