An evening about NRK’s Norwegian Christmas calendar series
Tøflus, blue elves and all kinds of Christmas cheer from NRK!
NRK’s Christmas calendar series have been hugely popular with children of all ages. This evening celebrates Norwegian-produced Christmas calendars, from Jul i Skomakergata, almost half a century ago, via Teodors julekalender, Vertshuset Den Gylne Hale, Amalie, Blåfjell and Jul i Svingen, to more recent series such as Snøfall, Kristiania Magiske Tivolitheater and this year’s Skimmer.
Hear how the series were made and meet people who contributed both in front of and behind the camera, including Kalle Fürst. And of course, you’ll get a little Christmas cheer as part of the evening.
