Eagles of Death Metal

Popular rock band Eagles of Death Metal, led by charismatic frontman Jesse Hughes, comes to Rockefeller on 8 November to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the classic album Death by Sexy…! The album will be performed in full on the tour, along with the band’s biggest hits and a few surprises along the way. They have sold out both Rockefeller and Sentrum Scene before, so tickets are likely to be in demand this time too!

Eagles of Death Metal was formed in Palm Desert, California, in 1998 by best friends Jesse Hughes and Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age). Since then, a number of musicians have joined for studio recordings and tours. The current live band consists of ever-present Hughes, Leah Bluestein (drums), Scott Shiflett (guitar) and Dustin Douglas (bass).

Death by Sexy... is the band’s second album, released in 2006. It features classics such as «Don’t Speak (I Came to Make a Bang!)», «I Want You So Hard (Boys Bad News)» and «Cherry Cola».

18-year age limit. Valid ID required. No guardian scheme. Valid ID is a physical national ID card, passport, physical driving licence or bank card with a photo. Digital ID (digital driving licence or Bank-ID) and photos of ID are not accepted.

The event has standing room.

Doors open at 19.00. The event starts approximately 1 hour after doors open. Please arrive well before the event starts, as queues may form.
