Chimney Town: Frozen in Time

In the sequel to POUPELLE OF CHIMNEY TOWN, Lubicchi travels to a mysterious world where time stands still.

One year after the events of the first film, Chimney Town is no longer polluted, thanks to Lubicchi and Poupelle. Things have improved, but Lubicchi is mourning his friend Poupelle, who has disappeared. As the city prepares for its Halloween celebration, Lubicchi falls into a well and is transported to the Millennium Fortress, a mysterious realm where the clock tower has stopped at 23:59. To get home, he must find a way to restart the clock. Along with his friend Fluff the cat, he begins to unravel the mystery.
