BILLY MEIER Welcome to the album release concert for Live at Kafé Hærverk. In connection with a documentary film shoot in April 2024, Billy Meier invited audiences to a concert and film recording at Kafé Hærverk. Two years later, the recordings are being released as a live album, and of course this calls for an album release concert at Kafé Hærverk! Billy Meier’s uninhibited blend of genres and styles has made them a wild card on the Norwegian jazz scene. The band, which blends jazz fusion, new wave and exotica, is known for its intricate compositions, groovy passages, wild improvisations and playful approach to its colourful music. In 2025, the band released its most ambitious studio album to date.
