BICEP are coming to Oslo and Sentrum Scene on 4. mars 2027! They played to a sold-out, ecstatic crowd at Rockefeller in 2022, and we can’t wait to welcome Belfast’s hottest DJ duo back to the city. Their long-awaited new studio album, SLUG, is out on 29. januar – an 18-track work spanning the full breadth of the group’s musical DNA.

BICEP consists of childhood friends Andrew Ferguson and Matthew McBriar. They got started in earnest in London in 2009 with the blog «Feel My Bicep», created to collect and share their love of obscure disco, Chicago house, Detroit techno and Italo disco.

In 2017, they signed to the prestigious record label Ninja Tune and released their self-titled debut album, Bicep. Critics immediately embraced the young duo, who reached number one on Amazon’s Best Electronic, the Billboard Dance/Electronic Chart and the official UK charts. In 2021, they released their follow-up, Isles, which received two BRIT Award nominations in the categories «British Group» and «Breakthrough Artist».

BICEP are natural heirs to an impressive, and by any measure weighty, British electronic music legacy – from Brian Eno to Aphex Twin.

Tickets provide access to both the standing area in the main hall and unreserved seats in the gallery, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Doors open at 20.30. The event starts approximately 1 hour after doors open. Please arrive well before the event starts, as there may be queues.
