A festive ceremony lighting a Christmas tree made of books
Date
Saturday 28. November
Time
11:30 - 12:00
Welcome to the lighting of our traditional book Christmas tree!
As usual, Hallvard has built a magnificent tree made of books, so naturally it calls for a magnificent lighting ceremony. The ceremony will be accompanied by atmospheric Christmas songs performed by Lambertseterskolenes kor. As tradition dictates, all the books will be given away at a book market on the 13th day of Christmas (6 January). The book tree lighting takes place on the library stage. Welcome to a cosy pre-Christmas gathering!
P.S. Don’t miss the sewing workshop with Relove Verkstedet at 12:00.
