San Diego-based indie pop trio almost monday comes to Vulkan Arena in Oslo on 5 February 2027. With energetic live shows, infectious melodies and an increasingly personal sound, Dawson Daugherty, Cole Clisby and Luke Fabry have established themselves as one of the genre’s most exciting acts.

The band had its major breakthrough with «can’t slow down», their first No. 1 on the Billboard Alternative Airplay chart. Since then, they have played sold-out shows around the world and performed at festivals including Lollapalooza, Outside Lands and BottleRock.

In 2026, they followed up their debut album «DIVE» with «THANK GOD IT’S ALMOST MONDAY»—an album that takes in the joy of life, grief and the experiences of an intense touring life. The lead single «leaving is easy» sets the tone, with an honest portrayal of longing, personal loss and the struggle to hold on to a dream.

«Coming off such an intense stretch of touring, I felt like I was losing my sense of self and struggling with being away from my wife for so long,» says Daugherty. «We wanted to remind ourselves that giving up on your dreams is easy, and continuing to show up is what’s hard.»

With songs such as «no more regrets», «french kids», «skinny dip» and «better late than never», almost monday combines sun-soaked pop with a more mature and emotional sound. The result is a band that still invites you to dance, while also making room for everything that comes with life on the road.
