Her work addresses human rights, gender equality and resistance to war. Combining archival materials, text, photography and graphic design, Borkowska creates layered compositions that serve as both artistic testimony and forms of protest. Drawing on personal experience and wider political realities, her collages highlight the struggles of women, LGBTQ+ people and marginalized communities confronting nationalism, militarization and social injustice.
